Book your stand

Also in 2019 an exhibition will be part of the WindDays. Using below system you can book your stand on the exhibition floor of the WindDays 2019. The exhibition will be at the World Trade Centre in Rotterdam, just as in 2018. A short explanation can be found on the right side.

Members of NWEA pay a special member price for their stand. Find out if you're a NWEA member here.

Are you not yet a member, but do you want to use the discount? Take an option on the stand of your choice, apply directly as NWEA member via our website and wait a few days for the confirmation. You can than book a stand at the special member price.

Self-build package
Included in the self-build package are:
  • Floor space in the exhibition hall*
  • Two one-day entrance passes for the exhibition, for your stand crew or your guests
  • Coffee and tea for your standcrew (and guests)
  • Company profile (1000 characters) in the online exhibitors overview

* You can use your own stand or assemble one and order the required services and facilities (electricity, stand cleaning, furniture, truss lighting etc.) separately. Details on this are provided after booking.

Prices
€ 430,- per m2 for NWEA members.
€ 495,- per m2 for non-members.

Stand package
Included in the stand package are:
  • Shell scheme stand incl. carpeting, standard furniture*, fascia board with company name over stand
  • One electric point (500w)
  • One spotlight per three square meters
  • Two one-day entrance passes for the exhibition, for your stand crew or your guests
  • Coffee and tea for your standcrew (and guests)
  • Company profile (1000 characters) in the online exhibitors overview

* Extra services and facilities (electricity, stand cleaning, furniture, truss lighting etc.) can be ordered separately via our stand builder. Details will be provided after booking.

Prices
€ 480,- per m2 for NWEA members.
€ 545,- per m2 for non-members/participants.

How does the system work?

  1. Click on the stand of your choice (see above for the legend of the stands). Next to the map the details of your chosen stand will appear, including the size and costs of this.
  2. If you'd like to choose another (additional) stand, click subsequently on a second stand. This stand will also appear on the list next to the map. Have you finished choosing your stands? Than continue to the next step.
  3. Are you a member of NWEA*? Tick the box to receive a discount and pay the member price.
  4. Are you bringing your own stand? Pick the self-build package. May we build your stand for you? Choose the stand-build package.
  5. Check your choice(s), and adjust these where necessary. Are you satisfied? Click on 'Order' to book your stand directly, or choose 'Take option' to take up to 2 stands for a maximum of 1 week into option.
